MY profile has recenly banned for life untill 12/31/9999 my gt is Sir Your a Jew i was a member for 2 years spent over 200 dollers on it. The reason for the ban was because i had a blue modded avatar and i didnt do it someone hacked my account i sent a message to the XBL enforcement team and they said I have to call xbox i havent yet because its BS that they wont give me my acccount back. If anyone has suggestions please comment them P.S. pardon my spelling

Just make a new account and move on. Ban appeals never work with Xbox. I had a account for 5 years and I got banned, I invested thousands into it.

call xbox and see what they say but i don't your telling the truth i don't think anyone would "hack" your account and change avatar.

Um that isn't all they did they tried to access my credit card and they did change my e-mail and password but i got it back and i tried to sign in

Don't put "-Fails" at the end of what you say, your name is at the top we already know it.
OT: You probably won't get it back. Just make a new account and keep it safe.

Well they signed in from another IP so you kind of have proof you were hacked. Say that?
