if i buy the ea season ticket, do i get the full fifa download WITH ultimate team?

also on the ea site, it sez that you get 24 free gold premium packs... will we get those upon release of the real fifa game or the early one?? if not when do we get them

You will get these, from the day the WebApp came out, 1 a week.
