Say that i wanted to dumb my nand from my jtag...and i cut the usb parts off of the cat5 cable..and solder one end to the motherboard and then soldered the other side to the resistors then to the lpt port connector can that do the same thing just the wire is gonna be fairly long......plz give me feed back...

u could cut the wire to make it shorter?

i wouldnt reccomend it but try it on a dead motherboard. one thats shorted or something non fixable

why would it matter on how long the wire is?
