Are you 18+? You have to be 18+ to legally run a network.
I'd also advise maybe getting some better equipment for your videos if you are trying to start a network, SD Won't cut it and people won't want to be partnered by a low budget network.

You have to show professionalism for people to want to be a part of it, unless they are desperate anyways.

I could have got you wrong but I'm saying all this assuming you are trying to set up a 'partnering network'.

Honestly, There are so many of these now, Everyone is trying to make them because they think they'll be millionaires.
You have to have knowledge and understand YouTube to be very successful.
Competing against networks such as Machinima, TGN and Yeousch will be hard.

Create a proper business plan and invest money into setting everything up from the very start well otherwise you'll fall on your face and the network will fail.

I went on a bit but I just want you to understand where I'm coming from, Don't take that the wrong way.
