Well i phoned ea saying how i bought a Assaidi from liverpool for 5800 coins and how then he disappeared and now that when my trade pile items expire they just say expired and i cant do anything with the items,
So the guy took down my details and he told me that he will put in a case for me for the Assaidi.
He then said that the trade pile glitch is happening to alot of people and that there team is looking into it and the patch should be released soon.
When i asked how long will it take for them to either get my coins back or the Assaidi back they said 10 - 15 days! I find this ridiculous how a company like EA can only respond to a case in 10 - 15 days. He claimed that there is alot going on with the release of Fifa 13 around the corner and i kinda understand that but it is still a absolute disgrace how it should take up to 2 weeks for a issue that isnt anything to do with me messing up!
I then asked him whether i will get any compensation of any kind and he replied that he can put that in the case that i would like compensation.
Anyway the guy was helpful and he thought it was ridiculous it taking 2 weeks and i said thank you and hung up.
So anyway that's what happened when i called ea.
