Okay everytime i started a game it disconnected me from xbl but i saw on here i should delete my account and recover it then it should work but now it says i need credentials to sign in
so all the info on my account was from years ago and idk some of it and apparently i dont provide enough correct info so microsoft declined my multiple request i tryed to send
Now im wondering could i ever get my account back any other way or did i just lose my gamertag PLEASE HELP i will give as much rep as possible if i can get some help

but i have like 5 other accounts and they all work fine when playing online

i called about 6 times over this passed week and they said they cant do anything because it is run by windows live so they told me to post on there forums and they all say the same thing im pretty sure its a copy and pasted automated answer

Well it seems your out of luck there is no way to get it back.XBL support is just gonna tell you to reset it.They used to reset it there end but now for security reasons they do not.

If your credit card is on the account just give them that info and it should let them know you are the real owner
