I am sick of people with >100 Posts ect who are making crap posts and asking for stickies.

I think asking for a sticky should not only guarantee them not getting one, but they should also receive a warning.

Its stupid crap like "Please Stickky this!!1 FUNNY CAR PICTURES"

People dont read the rules, that is the problem..

There should be a thing where they MUST read the rules before posting..
