so my xbox wont go online i
done test it connects to
my box and iternet but
not xbox live
service= up
marketplace= up
accounts=service alert
matchmaking=up

you might be ip banned contact microsoft or sometimes it just messes up

If your on Virgin Media there is a fault in there services, im sure there fixing it. Just wait.

Try resetting your router...mine done the same last week and had to restore router to factory before it would connect

They had a service alert on their website couple of days ago about Xbox live communication. Mine is back up now. Try and see if you can get back online
