So far I have about 20 new rolls. I've run out of ideas though and wondered if you smart guys could come up with some.
I'll list my new ones here so you wont stumble across some i already made.

Paranoid : AC130 25mm bullets constantly falls from the sky in a trail after you.
No idea : defaultweapon_mp (**** up weapon)
Annoying : An icon in the middle of screen covering your crosshair
Javelin Fire : With a interval of 5 seconds, wherever you fire at, a javelin missile will fall
Noobtuber PRO : You fire grenades out of any weapon up to 10 times.
Ninja : You teleport behind your target when shot.
Super damage : You one hit kill everyone
Vampire : Your health keeps on decreasing and you have to kill players to keep it up.
Icy Bullets : You freeze your victims
Force Weapon : You force your victims to get your weapon.
Copycat : You steal your victims weapon.
Telekinetic : You get an intervention with acog and teleport wherever you fire.
Roll twice
Reflection : Bullets, missiles and grenade launcher shells are fired back at the target.
Mini Explosives Gungame : A mini gungame with m79, rpg, at4, semtex, frag, claymore and c4.
RPG FIRE : You get a model1887 which fires rpg missiles.
Death Grip : You teleport your targets in front of you.
Kamikaze : You fire once, teleport to where you hit and destroy everything around you with a circle of devastating missiles.

How about rpg's which you fire backwards?
You shoot chickens out of your gun
You get unlimited care packages which are only ammo and you have no gun - the only way to get kills is to drop a care package on someone.

NICE, i hope to see you release a v3 very soon.
HOST Powers: gain host powers for 10 secs(ex teleport everyone to crosshairs, god mode, etc....)
Camo Game:Mini shotty camo game, get each shotty in a dif camo.
Custom Killstreaks: Use the killstreaks from your other killstreaks patch.

Cannon Expert:Spawn the military cannon (care package)
Camper: Spawn in a care Package barrier.
Hover Craft: Spawn a Hover Craft (by Godlymodz)
Weapon Specialist:Spawn with every weapon.
Mini Me: Player model size really small
Infected: Most infections for 30 secs.

ive never really played roll the dice but if its more of a war type game lyk proper team vs team the military cannon should spawn each side of the map that would be interesting

Shooting chickens would be sick, but would only work in maps that actually have chickens in them. Although if you/anyone found out the name of the chicken model I might be able to make it.

SUPER COMMANDO- shank anyone from accrost the map (cant shoot)
Invisibilty- you get to be invisible for 5 seconds then u have to w8 for 10 more to activate it again
Super Speed- You Reload,Run do everything Fast as HELL
Slo Mo- Do everything Slow
Super jump- Jump super High
Super Bounce- When someone shoots you or you run into anything you Bounce back
Epicness- Shoot Nuke Bullets
FailAge- You have to shoot Extra bullets to kill someone
Derank- No pro Perks or no Wepon Attachments
