Well recently I have been playing Borderlands because Borderlands 2 is getting boring, Anyways I done the mission and the timer went off and it blew up the armoury so does this mean I can't get back in and also the door is closed (not the one with the code thingy) so that means I can't do the glitch either so does anyone else have this problem or anyone know how to fix it, Just plop a comment in so yeah, cheers.

You cannot get back into the armory after it is detonated,Unless you go on someone else's multiplayer session.

You can also do the glitch where the bomb will never detonate.
