It will undoubtedly come ALOT earlier than the 13, Maybe even this week is we are lucky. By the looks of it the Cert Testing will go by fast, I say 3 days max in Cert Testing.

I think it will come out this Friday, because all the major updates for Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition were on a Friday. I think this Friday because I believe they did a good job on it so the cert test will be like a couple days.
