I Am Currently Building A Custom Budget Pc , Specs Are As Follows :
Case: InWin MaNA 136 Black Gaming Case
CPU: AMD BULLDOZER QUAD CORE (4.20GHz)
Motherboard: ASUS M5A97 R2.0
RAM: 8GB SAMSUNG DUAL-DDR3
Graphics Card: 1GB AMD RADEON HD7770
Hard Disk: 1 TB
Are these specs are good enough for a 1st budget pc? Budget is 700 Btw.

Erm... If you want to keep the cost down and insist to use AMD, keep the mobo and buy a phenom II x4 Black Edition and add an ssd. Trust me, just because the Bulldozer Architecture is new doesn't mean it's better than previous versions.

Well, I don't know about the CPU, but it seems pretty good
BTW, how much exactly did this cost?

Also, switch out the case to a Zalman Z9, as it has much better ventilation. I would also recommend getting an aftermarket heatsink/fan.

I Dont Really Mind The Cost .Thanks for the comment RuLeWreX ill take that too consideration! Ehm it was 674 Euro Pretty Cheap ?

I would change the hard drive to a 500GB 7200rpm hard drive, because I highly doubt you'll use 1TB.

Find an ASUS motherboard with AMD 990X in the name, as it is a superior chipset and will yield better performance

Yes I agree with him, change the drive to maybe a WD Green with 32mb cache
