I've been playing GoW1 since 06, if GoWJ is just as bad as 3 i will not be supporting Epic anymore.

I have noticed myself that alot of people have stopped playing it. I don't think the Retro and sawed off play a huge factor. I just think it's because alot of new games have been coming out and people move on for a while till the next series of that game comes out. But i will say that alot of the pro's stopped playing gears because of the retro and sawed off.

b4 sponging 3 was better than 1 imo. I agree this is a big game for epic we will see i suppose.

I hate to say it but I think Gear of war 3 is dead. I think if Gears of war Judgement isn't amazing then the whole series will die. I'm thinking the retro and sawed off play a huge part. They're both way way over powdered to begin with, then add a active reload. You can kill someone with 3 shots of a active retro or single shot someone from 10 feet away with a sawed off. It's killing the game. If they powered those down or took them out a lot of people would play again.

I remember on Gears 2 being in one of the most hated clans on king of the hill, there being such a change from gears 2 to gears 3 ruined the community for the core veteran gamers where gears 3 was shaped to be alot more easier for new players introducing the retro and sawed off and quick match is what ruined it, gears used to be all about the gnasher now that the rifles are too overpowered has slowly killed the game off where all ranked games except the US is dead and quick match is nearly, if gears judgement doesn't fix all the stuff that made G3 so bad the gow community wont last another year ive been playing since 2006 and want the series to go on forever !!!!

I gota disagree with you... Yes with out a doubt like ever gears game there were issues but I still feel that gears 3 was the best. I remember gears 2 as well. But honestly I went back and played gears 2 and compared to 3 its awful.

Its the skill hump man. People get on this game and expect to go mega positive like they did on Halo or CoD. People really don't know how fun the game actually is because it takes more than hip firing at a group of people or throwing a grenade across the map. As far as which GoW was the best, for some of you out there, its GoW1 by faaaaar. GoW2 was an Epic fail after the Tu3 and that's what made it difficult for a majority of Veteran Gearheads to pick GoW3 up. I guess for the people that's left, just stay strong and hope for the best for GoWJ!

Yes veterans don't like new things and a newbie gets raped for his first 30 games making him not like it.

I bought GOW2 a couple of weeks ago and there really isn't that much people that play it online but thats understandable considering 3's out.

But I don't hear much people talking about it anymore.

I would half to say as a fan , That when gears of war 3 was released it brought out alot of fans and veterans know that a new Gears of war is coming out it would probably be dying
they have already fought all the enimes including the Locust in Gears of war 3 the also fought the glowing dudes i can't remember the actual but i hear in the out coming game it will be back in time with im pretty sure its the same crue i haven't looked into it that much though.
