I think it's after 3 accounts your console gets banned.

To get console banned you must have did Ether of these

Taper inside the Xbox
Trying to fix your console
Modded folder on you Console ( XEX Menu )

Once you have reached (3) account bans (12-31-9999). You will be issued a console ban.
