inuyasha555 wroteThat's why I am going to the DVD when it is loaded and have the disk spinning reading it and transfering all the files over. I won't get a file the won't go over because they all work but they are just on the disk and won't read highly when copied-DGK wrotexPapa wroteYea so either way you are gonna end up copying and pasting over and over again to get all the files into a folder. I am already a quarter of the way done so I don't want to start all over again-DGK wroteJust put the files in a folder and name it as the game. Copy that folder, and it will move it all in one. No copy and pasteing over and over again no matter what you do it's going to atleast take 15-20.xPapa wrote-DGK wroteBut that's truly the only way I believe if your disc is scratched. You don't have to burn the game unless you don't have a USB. If that's the case when you burn or have your regular disc in your RGH/Jtag go to DvdDrive and copy it through there that's another alternate way.xPapa wrote If your disc are sractched download the game from off the internet, and get files put it on USB. Copy the game from off your USB and paste it into the memory unit you want in Xexmenu. Paste the game into your Games direct folder and there you go. If your disc are sratched, and CopyDvd does not work I guess this is the best option.Yes but I don't want to go through uTorrent or Piratebay. I don't want to waste my time downloading and burning a game I already have ;)
Yes I know about the way where you load up the game and Copy over all files into XeX menu when you have the game loaded you just keep switching off and putting in the files which TAKES FOREVER! I don't want to do this for all my games so I was wondering if there was a way through File Manager? I have seen Youtube vids on it but there is one problem with it. my File Manager doesn't have the middle box where it has copy paste and all the other options.
What does CopyDVD do... it copies the files over exactly how you are doing it...
Eventually you'll get to a file that won't copy because the disc is scratched... then all your work will be for nothing.

It doesn't mater what you do... it's still scratched and it still can't read that data.

How won't manually doing it work? I have all the files on the game and the game still already plays but is too scratched to be burned into CopyDVD. If I copy all the files from the disk and put it in the folder it should work right?
Using a transfer cable is the easiest way in my opinion. It might take a little while but not that long. I use modio to get onto my hard drive.
