I just got done with the lost treasure mission and the top of the town is still greyed out. Has this happened to any one else? I'm working on the world traveler achievement and this is my last one and isn't working. Any help would be appreciated.

try quitting and coming back. maybe its under the city thats not been discovered.

I've been reading that you have to do this mission and once you get there you can unlock it. It's just cheesing me off.
