Well I'm getting a new computer but on a budget. I need expert opinions on this computer's specs that I am looking at. It's an "Asus" laptop with a B970 processor, 4 gigs of ram and a 320 gb hard drive. The processor has 2.3 GHz processor speed. Is this good? Like I said I am on a budget so it's not the greatest. But is this good enough to run minecraft at a good FPS or no? I just need a portable, convenient laptop. Rep for a good answer.
EDIT: it's a laptop I am currently looking at. Forgot to include that.
BUDGET: $300 what's a good computer I can get with this?

So are you looking for a desktop or a laptop because at the end sounds like you want a laptop.

if you are on a low budget get a desktop. low end laptops suck for everything gaming related.

Do you just want to play minecraft and daily internet stuff on it? If so, then yeah the laptop will be fine. Also, it'd be nice if you specified your budget.

Laptops are crap for gaming on unless you want to spend $800-$1200 and even then they can be bad.
Desktops are the way to go, $300 can get you a good enough Pc to even play BF3 on low settings but are still good enough to play.
