Text tutorial:
Step 1: Find a place where you cant stand or when u jump you can hit your head (must be able to fall off an edge)

Step 2: Turn at a 45 degree angle to the right or left and switch to legacy southpaw

Step 3: hold a tactical insertion till your about to release it

Step 4: Move right or left depending which way you angled in step 2

Step 5: right after you fall let go of the tac

Step 6: for a cant stand one you must keep repeating steps 2-5 till it is on the ledge

for a jumping one after you let go spawn on the tac jump and press b twice really fast
if you dont start to elevate redo steps 2-5 and jumping = Bx2
