I was just wondering since I've never done it, and what do you get from it?

You'll need two Xbox's and 8 Controllers if you want to do this solo as well as a Loser Account and a Winner account.
Sign in the Loser account on one Xbox with his 3 guests
Sign in the Winner Account (Will be your main) with his 3 guests (or actual players, whichever you prefer) and you join the losers game
Search in something like Team Mythic since it requires 8 people you'll automatically be locked, and then once the game starts the Loser account will quit, thus ending the game and the winner accounts will gain EXP..
