Can I transfer content from my banned Xbox Live account into a new account and still have working Xbox Live? I got banned forever and wanna use horizon or something to transfer my profile info like friends and xbox live into a new profile. My friend said it could porbably work so please help me!!!!

no sorry bro same for me i have lots of dlc on my banned account but because there is no way to sign into banned accounts you cannot transfer any content

You can only wish. I'm sorry I don't have anything off the top of my head but I believe things like that are linked to xboxs direct server.

there was a glitch that used to let you access dlc on accounts that were banned but they patch that up a while ago, unfortunately you can only use it on the xbox you bought it on... sucks so badly i had LOST all my BOPS maps, arcade games, avatar gear, full games iv ended up buying all my dlc again...
