Desperately trying to add pressure, my son isn't happy at all. I actually did by the Ultimate Edition and my code legitimately didn't work. I don't own a phone at the moment as I'm waiting for my iPhone 5 to arrive at some point this week. I wish these people would just help me out. My son is really distressed... he paid 30 out of the 45 for the game (I some times play when he's gone to bed )

Fact: EA customer support is awful.

Yesterday i sent an email to someone at EA it says (LOTS OF TEXT): My mum pre ordered fifa 13 for me and when i got home to play it i went onto career and didn't notice the codes weren't there so when i decided to go online i couldn't find the code and i asked my mum to return it but she burned the receipt because it had our address on it , the next day she tried to take it in and couldn't return it because she didn't have the receipt. also I'm losing faith in EA because when i bought fifa 12 new it didn't come with an online pass so i had to buy it on the market place.
and i got BOTH codes today and i didn't have ANY proof i don't have the game either .. its for my brother xD

Just to let people know there are some Advisor's that will lie to trick you e.g. Anthony, he tried to convince me that it was impossible for them to generate codes but I proved him wrong then tried to say they could only generate certain codes. (Don't fall for it!)
