Indeed. Delete it and re-download. Then see if that works.

You can try this:

Delete your system cache, Redownload the savefile, Redownload the DLC again, And delete your level 1 Mechro? If it doesn't work after this I don't know what to tell you.

I got the account working but the one pistol i wanted... Rapid Infinty does not work its stuck on zero and will not fire do u know how i can fix it???

That's a glitch that, Unfortunately, Cannot be fixed. It's a bug that has something to do with the Mechromancer. Certain shotguns don't work either. (Low mag ones.) So until GearBox fixes it, You can't use it :/
