As I stated before, Virtual Coins are abbreviated as VC. They are the currency system in NBA 2K13. You can use them to boost attributes, buy clothing, gear, and accesories fo your MyPLAYER. You can also spend them on drills and signature skills.

1. Open the menu, and select "NBA Blacktop"

2. You then have the option to play 1v1, 2v2, 3v3, 4v4, or 5v5, select one. (1v1 is the quickest)

3. Select players for yourself and the opponent.

4. Start the game.

5. The game goes on until one team, or player, scores 21 points first.

6. Once the game is finished, you are rewarded wint 150 VCs. You receive an additional 10 VCs if you win the game.

7. Repeat until you have as many VCs as you need or want

This is the best method since you receive a pretty large amount of VCs even if you lose. Games can last no more than 3-5 minutes if you go quickly or play against a friend who allows you to score. This can be considered "boosting", but hasn't been patched yet (it may never be patched, hopefully). I personally use this method a lot and have racked up around 5,000 VC in just a few nights.

This method only works if you play MyCAREER.

1. Set quarter lengths to whatever you please, 12 minutes is the best so you can gain as many stats as possible.

2. Open the Menu and select "Play Next Key Game".

3. In Key Games, you earn double (2x) the amount of VCs you do in a normal game.

4. If you average good stats such as a double-double and a team grade of around an A, you will earn around 150 VCs. Multiply it by 2 and you have 300 VCs.

Most people like this method because they actually earn the VCs rather than quote on quote "cheating" such as in Method #1. But, it does simulate a lot of games in your MyCAREER which may not be enjoyable for others. It is also a lot slower, too.
