I just wouldn't go on black ops until BO2 comes out because after that they will stop caring about it

You'll most likely get banned, I mean if someone reports you for cheating they will have a look to see if anything sneaky is going on but if they don't really look at your account you should be fine.

(Just an Example) With MW3 my friend sthats did the prestige token glitch - whatever you call it - got banned but I didn't so I guess it just depends
