@jtag galore try using the dimond disk for the straight lines then use a small drillbit to cut the small harder areas to cut

that's kind of what i do, but i don't use a diamond cutting disc, for plastic i now use the metal cutting disc as it melts the plastic less

this 1 is my second case i did.
took me 10 hours to do the logo alone
not including the harddrive.
i wouldnt want to spend that much either.
i just used a $80 dremel from walmart.

yea i agree.i should of done the logo bigger,
i was gonna add some tribal type cuts but never got
around to doing them.i might redo this case after im done working on the case im doing now.

right now im working on a zombie case.
for now i need to wire the leds in the case and decide what color leds i want to install in the zombies eyes.
i was thinking yellow like the older COD zombies or blue for the new COD zombies.
if not just red to match the red leds in the xbox
