The us government could have done it to make us citezins to vote to go back to war or to show that the government should have the power that they do.

Reasons we went to Iraq:

1) The controlled %5 of the worlds oil and we didn't want them using it against us because they threaten us many times

2) to over throw there dictator. At a time Iraq was a big Allie of the US.

there was many reasons we declared war on Iraq, we destroyed there army in a month. we stayed to stop the insurgency and help the country get back on there feet. 9/11 wasn't a reason we declared war on them. also NATO declared war on them NOT the US. Every country in NATO decided to declare war(accept France they are ******).

So dont say its a inside job because the government would never kill 3,000 civilians.

THAT IS THE STUPIDEST REASON EVER AND SHOWS HOW LITTLE YOU KNOW

ok this was not done by the president or the governtment. This was a terroristic attack.Dont go and preach that bush knew cause he didnt. His secret service team extracted him from his activities which was reading to little children. This was a point in time where we got caught with our pants down thats it.

if you people are that nieve to think that it was the damn president of the U.S why wasnt he arrested and tried? There is no proof linking him to any of this and furthermore one of the hijackers has been documented haven taken flight simulations test leading up to the attack so get your facts straight people
