If your not connected to live how can they get your ip? Even if your wifi connector is plugged in and your router is connected your still not connected to the microsoft server..? You shouldnt get anywhere close to banned if your on a jtag and its banned.. Even if its unbanned if your not connected to live you should (I said should) be fine.
