THIS IS NOT MY PROGRAM, THE FOLLOWING PROGRAM AND CODE WAS A COMPILED PROGRAM MADE FROM Rick AKA Gibbs. ALSO, THE COMPILER/SETID FIXER WAS Kryptos1018.
THE FOLLOWING PROGRAM IS TO BE USED AT YOUR OWN RISK, ALWAYS MAKE BACKUP SAVES BEFORE USING THIS EDITOR DUE TO RAW DATA ISSUES OCCURRING AND USERS SAVES BEING CORRUPTED.

UPDATE: DO NOT MESS WITH DLC ID's AND DO NOT TRY ADDING THE DLC TO YOUR SAVEDATA OR IT WILL GIVE A ERROR MESSAGE DISPLAYING THAT THE DLC HAS NOT BEEN RELEASED YET.
Now, here is Rick's BL2 Save Editor. All you have to do is simply unpack the WHOLE save editor to your desired place and open the save editor and click open on save folder and select which one you want to edit and click open at the bottom right. WAHLA!! You just know accessed your save and are free to do whatever you want at your OWN RISK!

Directions:
1) Pull up your save in your desired modding program (i.e Horizon)
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
2) Go to *Contents then *Right Click on SaveGam.sav then go down and click on *Extract
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
3) *Extract is to wherever you can find it (i.e Desktop)
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
4) Once you have *Extracted it open the SaveGame.sav in the Editor.

Extract the savegame.sav out of the the Save file
Open in editor and make changes
Inject back into save file using modio/horizon
Rehash and resign
Can be used for both Xbox 360 and PC:)

The way i did it is i appeared offline and played so no one would report you. Only play with people you trust until we know for sure if its possible for someone to get banned for it. So if someone DOES get banned,reset, or whatever PLEASE post it below.

it doesnt let you open any xbox 360 files
