You have a few options, none of these are really a perfect solution. However, they are all you can really do.
1) Is to do a system restore to when you first got it. This would remove programs and everything else. However would keep files and is not great for removing things. This might not work if you removed your restore data.
2) You would need to create a backup of windows. Once done then format the hdd and restore. This would put it back like new with no files or programs. However it's risky.
