What are recommended stats for luring?

Talking or Killing? If killing
Mage at least 94 recommended 99
Range Doesnt really matter but 70+
Str 85+
Attack 85+
Def 85 At least for gano
Prayer Highish 70+ For smite and longer length of prayers

Agree with him, If your a talker alot of the good luring clans like to use a level 3 , so the person they are luring knows that he has no cb stats.
