hey im new to mine craft still an seen there was people who had snow in there world do you just have to explore your world to find it or do you just have to keep making a new one until you get one that has snow?

Well, it kinda just shows up randomly.
If you want snow, grab your map and explore the whole area. You'll find a snowy area, trust me.

I had a world that literally had one patch of ice about 25 x 25 so I had no snow in my world until I put dirt on all the ice and it eventually became snow covered. Just saying its possible to not find a snowy area, not all seeds have every biome. Unlikely that they are missing one though

I am sure if you have a look through the seeds list there will be a few with good snow areas for you. If not have a good look round your map for some or if not then look around the sea edge for ice, if you find just ice put dirt blocks on the ice and wait for rain/snow and it will give you what you need =)
