You can't really compare the two do to one being a bullied-suicide and the other one being murder. Amanda Todd had a video that she told herself about what she was going through. This video also went viral which is why everyone knows her name. Shania Gray didn't have a upsetting story that she told, so her name never got out there. I blame the media on that one. They are both very upsetting. You can't say anything about white wins because look at the things like the Trevon story that wasn't long ago. He was black and the media supported him highly. They never even showed his "gangster" pictures. Race has nothing to do with it.

Instead of everyone saying Oh she killed herself so did a lot of others, just take it for what it is. Anyone can commit suicide, no matter age,and race people do it everyday, this is just a story to get it out.

I agree with you, it's pretty sad. However, she just happened to be a decently attractive girl and made a video and all that stuff. She wasn't that innocent, she did stuff, and what goes around, comes around. She didn't deserve all the bullying however, but if she was getting bullied on Facebook and Twitter, why didn't she delete her account? I think that she thought that killing herself was the only way to make people like her, and well, it worked.

Between bath salts and shooting sprees to name a few I have not heard any "amazing stuff" in a long time, the only things I hear is to stay away unless you want to get shot or more pleasantly get your face eaten off by a raving lunatic.Race is only one of the issues in this messed up country.

I love how ignorant you are. It actually made me laugh quite a bit when I saw your "comparison". First of all you have about 4 comments for each being shown out of the hundreds that were more then likely there. One was bullied the other was tricked. One was murdered the other committed suicide. I don't see how "whites" win... I am white. I have black friends and I have since I was a baby. I am not racist and I don't see that as being racist. The main reason Amanda Todd story got the attention it received was the bigger picture. The bullying problem. How now its not just being beat up at a play ground, how it can happen anywhere, anytime even at home. She didn't get all that attention because she was white and its killing me inside to think there are people that actually think that, I am not sure how old you are but you need to open up your eyes because this isn't a white vs black. You can say what you want. but in the end race had nothing to do with it.
