Processor- Intel Core i5-3570K Ivy Bridge 3.4GHz (3.8GHz Turbo) LGA 1155 77W Quad-Core Desktop Processor Intel HD Graphics 4000 BX80637I53570K
Video Card- TBA
Sound Card- TBA
Power supply- 650 Watt ( Dont know what kind yet)
Hard drive ( 1 Terabyte) SAMSUNG S2 Portable 1TB USB 3.0 Piano Black External Hard Drive HX-MTD10EA/G2
RAM- Looking for some
Operating system- Windows 7 Home Premium
Cooling- 6 12V Fans

Why an 850 watt? You would be just fine with a 550-600 watt psu.
EDIT: The Motherboard is pretty much a standard Intel Motherboard, gets the job done.
Maybe give us the rest of your budget so we can finish/Modify your build?
