Do you get banned now for buying 6000 MSP Accounts? Like.. From like dhgate and stuff?

Im probably gunna still buy them, Just swap it into fifa points, then go onto the web-app, and delete the account from my xbox?

My Xbox got banned for using the credit cards that are on the accounts but if you don't use the credit cards then you will not be banned for buying the account.

Microsoft said to me: It is NOT illegal to buy or use the accounts but it IS illegal for the accounts to be sold to a person.
