To start off I just need to make it clear that I am not much good at making MineCraft Bukkit Plugins. I am still learning and I have made a few plugins like Infinite Hunger and a few other basic plugins.
To get to my point of this post, I am looking for a few other basic or higher plugin developers and form a small team. The plan is to come up with a few ideas for a plugin we could develop. Doesn't have to be very advanced or anything just a plugin that will be good experiene. So what you need to actually "Qualify" to be in the dev team is just a few basic things, these things are.
