Okay so about a month ago I was watching MTV, and there was this one song which was so good but I cant remember who it was by, or the tune of the song. Basically all I remember is at the start of the video there's a guy walking down the street in really small shorts, and a green snap back and he finds a cassette on the floor. and at the end of the video he is stood in front of some dude who is just eating a sandwich.

Can anyone help me out with the song?
