So the tittle says it all, I just purchased this RGH and it makes the boot and eject sounds, cool runner chip red light is on, doesnt turn green. When I hit the power button, the fan doesnt even turn in... Included Pics of solders, chip and other stuff. Thanks and I hope SOMEONE can help me out

There's alot of things that could cause this. Check to see if any resistors or pads have been pulled up. Check the STBY_CLK which is the wire leading to the B on the coolrunner. I've had the same exact problem. You might want to send it to someone and have them clean up the soldering a little.

ya, your soldering is defiantly out of wack here. i can't imagine that even working. send it to someone who knows what they are doing
