So I plug In my turtle beaches and I cant hear my friends speak, so I unplug It from the controller and It says my headset is still pluged in on the party menu and I cant hear or talk. Help

This happened to me before. Try using a different controller if you have one. If that doesn't work, you can ask for a new cord from turtlebeach for free (what i did). If neither of those work you might need to buy a whole new headset. I had to buy a new one after they fell apart. The new cord should solve the problem.

Is everything on?
There is a button on one of the headphones that you need to hold till it stays Red...
That turns them on fully

Happened to me, I bought a new cord that connects to the turtle beach adn controller.
