How to do it step by step:

Step 1: Go to the TOTW challenge

Step 2: Click on Ultimate Difficulty

Step 3: Pick you team and advance onto the pre-match screen.

Step 4: When on the pre-match screen, below team management you'll see Game Settings.

Step 5: When in Game Settings, Press Y to reset to your game difficulty.

Step 6: You should now see the Difficulty is Semi-Pro in the Pre-Match screen. ( Above the picture of the stadium. )

Just done this and won 3-0, it was ultimate aswell, only got 500 coins, doesnt give you all your coins. Well it didnt give me any lol.
