I'm fairly sure you have to get to 10th prestige, and get EVERY challenge done. even the hidden ones.

The ONLY way to get it is to mod the MP data.You can also mod the mp data to give you gold and other camos on guns.

Yea but this requires a Jtag, correct me if I am wrong. You can mod split-screen without a Jtag, but for online you need one.

see the locked emblem beneath the cod4 10th prestige emblem?(spinning one) thats where the spinning skull goes. if you had to mod the freakin game data, why the hell would they include it in there. pretty sure they didnt make a modders-only emblem.
