So, I'm about to order my parts, and I just came into enough money for a H60 instead of my originally planned Coolermaster Hyper 212 Evo. Is the H60 that much better? Would the Antec 620 be better?

The Hyper 212 performs as well as the H60 for much less. If you want an upgrade to the cooler, the NZXT Havik 140 is a good option, but it seems to be out of stock on Newegg now.

Will the NZXT fit in an Antec Gaming Series One?

It seems Antec rates the case for 155mm, but that's assuming a 25mm-thick fan is mounted to the side panel. Silly Antec. Any cooler should fit.

Great, I just ordered it. Found it for $55 on eBay with free shipping. Also, could you recommend some nice thermal compound?

The stuff that comes with it. What you would pay for something like Shin-Etsu or Arctic Silver just isn't going to give you a significant enough improvement to make it worth bothering.
