My budget is just around 150$ and i am looking at these two capture cards im not sure about the hd pvr because i like how to roxio has a editing software where you can livestream from and the editer is easy to use but i also vegas pro

I would say the HD PvR but it doesnt look right for some reason

The first link, It's the newest version of the HD PVR called the PVR 2. If you use it right you can get amazing quality.
