To those wondering about if you have to deleted previously downloaded torrents, the answer is no. There's no point.

There are so many ways to get around this, in fact, I wouldn't be surprised if the Torrent hosting websites start giving instructions with the download of the torrents

VPN/Proxies seem like the best solution for this. Your ISP doesn't collect the information, another company does by whom is downloading. If you just hide your IP, you're in the clear. TPB already has that free VPN with it.
