Guess I'll have to wait till the release day...

i asked game today and they said that most people will be getting it a day early, people that bought the special editions are getting it early

Yeah I asked TWICE and they said the first time: some orders will be sent 2-3 days before release.
Then i asked again and they said: Orders will be shipped one day before release.

What will they ship the standard edition early with the free delivery?
Shops keep changing the date their gonna dispatch. I just want to find a shop who ships early!

yes thats right, Special editions (hardened and care package edition) will be dispatched early, luckily i got the hardened edition so i will be getting mine on the monday or satarday as they dont post on sudays. what edition did you get

Guys i think i found a shop who are shipping it on Saturday using FREE First Class Royal Mail. Dunno if their trust-worthy though. Their a independent video game shop from Cheshire **UK**

I'll post their website later once i find out if they are...

I think you only get banned for playing a illegal copy of the game. They wont ban you for retailers errors for shipping early.

But they might reset your rank, stats etc right before official release of the game.

There are going to be a few stores that are going to be selling it early to people that they know, I got Black Ops 1 2 Days early & i did't need to wait in the line last year for MW3 (Gotta <3 Having friends at Gamestop)

They don't ban for Cod it was only Halo, They are probley going to reset everyone at Midnight PST
