There is the xbox live dashboard update out now and it contains the awsome internet explorer. Up side is you can search almost anything. Downside is you really cant download anything. Also there are pins which means you can easily get to an app game or music pretty much anything. There is also a new design which is simple but by far the best one out yet. Well Done Xbox Live
So because you cant download anything i belive there will be no mods. The only thing you can store on your xbox our cookies. You cant if download Google Chrome

It's been out since June 2nd for Beta Testers, I believe.

I remember seeing posts about people get the update then.
