Was the Troll Face all sorta squashed? Or was it more or less perfect?

Because Whenever I follow that tutorial I either get this;

Or when It does render it's all squashed together

I seem to recall that I had to play about with the markers quite a bit, but id did render OK, ie not squashed up.

I found a front picture and a decent side picture seeing as it fails only using a front picture
