Just got some basic questions.

If you know any answers to any of these please post your answers to help me and others.

Question one
Is there a way you can tune your cars ?

Question two
Where are all the cars ?
(i played it at my friends house and it looks like there is no good cars left)

Question three
Is The special edition worth getting ?

Question four
Is the Forza Horizon any good period ?

I loved all the rest of the series just don't know about this one.
