is there anyway to stop this ive been getting kicked offline for the last 3 hours i get on for about 10mins then kicked off again is there anyway to stop him from doing it

Ring up your Internet provider and tell the situation or go online and find a way to change your IP address that's how there kicking you offline

Unplug your router for a couple of hours and that should change your IP address

Just unplug your internet router for about 30mins the whole thing, it should refresh your ip and you will get a new one

Change the IP Address.
If you have a dynamic IP Address then unplug the modem/router for 30 seconds (or longer).
If you have a static IP Address you will need to change the IP Address manually.
