Dude that's going to be a pretty sweet computer, put pictures up of it when you finish it. As for the case goes, I have tried to look up a good laptop case, but I can never seem to find one. Maybe you will have better time finding one though. You could always try to make one. I liked the Quad-i5 Core Processor especially. Great job though, PM me pics of the finished product.

5.0ghz 2500k > 4.5ghz 3570k. Although you're not going to be maxing either CPU unless you're doing something heavy / benchmarking.
I have seen quite a lot of people hit 5ghz with a 2500k.
If your going with an IB if you feel confident change the TIM to a better thermal paste that will lower the temps.
