Goto Your Family/Console Settings.

After clicking into this you will need to goto your settings.
When clicked into your family settings your passcode should appear on screen with this screen slightly showing in the background.

As you've clicked on this a Passcode entry will pop up.

• Step One: XGB, Down, XGB
  
• Step Two: XGB, A, XGB
  
• Step Three: XGB, Down, XGB
  
• Step Four: XGB, R, XGB
  
• Step Five: XGB, Keep tapping A.

( Keep in mind as your pressing these keys on your controller your going to need to be doing these quickly. )
